1. Purpose
StressCast is a work-wellbeing reflection tool for adults who work. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or professional advice.
2. Eligibility and personal use
You must be an adult and use StressCast for yourself. Do not complete the check on behalf of another person.
3. Not for employment decisions
Results must not be used to make or support decisions about hiring, performance, promotion, discipline or dismissal of any person. Requesting or sharing another person’s result for those purposes is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
No automated scraping, load testing, bypassing of bot protection or attempts to access other users’ reports.
5. No warranty
The service is provided as is. Scenarios are what-if arithmetic, not predictions. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the results.
6. Intellectual property
The CBI is described in the literature as a public-domain instrument. StressCast’s code, design and copy are protected; do not reproduce them without permission.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Governing law and jurisdiction will be set by the operator before public launch.
