Frequently asked questions
The honest answers to what people ask before they start.
Is this a diagnosis?
No. StressCast is a work-wellbeing reflection tool. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a qualified professional.
What does the 30-day scenario mean?
It is a mathematical what-if: what your score would be if up to two of your items moved one answer category. It is not a forecast, a probability or a confidence interval.
Why does the reference mention Denmark?
The reference values (a mean of 33.0 and 50 as a high-reference mark) come from PUMA, a Danish study of human-service workers. They are context, not a global norm.
Do I need my email to see my score?
No. You see your score, the reference and your top driver without any personal data. An email is only needed to receive the full report.
Who sees my answers?
Before the report step your answers stay in your browser session. When you request the report they are stored to generate and deliver it. During validation, a copy is also sent to the StressCast operator for manual delivery review. Nothing is sent to third-party analytics.
Can an employer use this?
StressCast is not designed for employment decisions, and using it to evaluate another person is outside its purpose. There are no employer dashboards of individual results.
How reliable is it?
The arithmetic is exact and reproducible. The questionnaire is self-reported, so results depend on context and moment. One measurement is a snapshot, not a destiny.
