Built to be checked, not blindly trusted

  • Deterministic math

No generative AI produces your number. Every step can be reproduced with a calculator.

  • Context without drama

The PUMA reference describes Danish human-service workers. It is shown as context, never as a threshold for illness.

  • Scenarios to think with

What-if arithmetic, not a forecast. We never turn it into a probability.

  • Privacy first

No personal data before the report. Your answers never go to third-party analytics.

Where the method comes from

The Work-related Burnout subscale of the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) was developed by Denmark’s National Research Centre for the Working Environment (NFA). Published validations exist for Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. The World Health Organization describes burnout as an occupational phenomenon, not a medical condition.

Questions people ask before starting

Is this a diagnosis?

No. StressCast is a work-wellbeing reflection tool. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a qualified professional.

What does the 30-day scenario mean?

It is a mathematical what-if: what your score would be if up to two of your items moved one answer category. It is not a forecast, a probability or a confidence interval.

Why does the reference mention Denmark?

The reference values (a mean of 33.0 and 50 as a high-reference mark) come from PUMA, a Danish study of human-service workers. They are context, not a global norm.

Do I need my email to see my score?

No. You see your score, the reference and your top driver without any personal data. An email is only needed to receive the full report.
